Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Shipment Management & Tracking
- Resolve delays or exceptions proactively.
- Customer Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment status.
- Provide timely updates and handle inquiries.
- Documentation Handling
- Process inbound and outbound delivery documents.
- Update ERP(SAP) shipment statuses.
- Maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting.
- Generate daily/weekly reports for internal stakeholders.
