Duration: 1‑year contract

Location: Yishun

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–6:00 pm

Salary: Up to $2,600 per month

• Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP
• Prepare delivery notes, packing lists and manual invoices for shipment
• Arrange and assign inventory counts to store assistants
• Verify results of inventory counts and perform adjustments as required
• File inbound and outbound documents

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level, Diploma in Logistics or related field of study
• Proficiency in English
• Preferably 1‑2 years’ experience in a supply chain environment
• Understanding of fundamental logistics processes
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office & Excel
• Ability to adapt to changing volumes and to work longer hours if required
