Salary: $2,000 – $2,800

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
• Maintain and update client billing records, including transaction and payment details.
• Generate regular billing and payment reports and assist with account reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audit processes.
• Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the relevant personnel.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a similar role covering administration, facilities, or operational support is preferred.
