Job Description


Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist and support the Logistic Supervisor & Executive in carrying out the administrative works, preparation of shipping documents and liaise with forwarders, suppliers and customers on the followings:
  • Coordinate with all customer relationship representative on shipment requirements.
  • Manage the import & export documentation for all shipment in/out of Au/Nz.
  • Coordinate with Supply & Demand Planning on FG importation issue and follow up on
  • Track and record incoming and outgoing of FG and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.
