About the role
You will manage end‑to‑end logistics activities for semiconductor backend equipment, upgrade kit and spare part; coordinating closely with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely pick‑up, shipment, and delivery according to agreed Incoterms. The role also ensures compliance with import and export procedures through collaboration with local authorities and relevant stakeholders.
What you will do
Coordinate with freight forwarders on machine pick‑up, freight planning, shipment booking, and delivery to customers based on agreed Incoterms.
Prepare and manage all logistics documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, COO certificates, and shipping instructions.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, working closely with Malaysian customs, government authorities, and relevant international agencies.
