Job Overview

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the day to day execution and coordination of transportation activities, supporting truck, rail, and export ocean shipments. The role focuses on shipment setup, carrier coordination, documentation accuracy, and issue follow up, operating within defined processes and under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor.

The ideal candidate brings one to two years of operational logistics or shipping experience, is detail oriented, adaptable, comfortable in an industrial or manufacturing environment, and demonstrates a natural sense of urgency in daily execution. This position requires Spanish and English fluency for effective coordination with Mexican carriers, customs brokers, and local suppliers along with daily communication with Head Office in Canada.
