Job Description
- Provide administrative support task handling for OGC Downstream Inspections AU & PNG (OGC-Trade) management across all distributed systems and collaborative processes.
- Monitor OGC-Tradeβs MS Teams Channels, ensuring all status tracking records and supporting clerical functions are up to date.
- Support existing GBS remote resources with task handling, data management and communications.
- Support existing FBT remote resources with OGC-Trade specific task handling, document processing, data entry and/ or status updates.
- Providing generalized clerical support to AUS NR TIS Managers and Coordinators including support for existing GBS and FBT processes for non OGC-Trade business units.
Qualifications
- MS365 Office Apps User: Data entry and clerical support for key shared files and directories using Excel, Word, SharePoint and OneDrive
