Job Description
Locum Tenens Pediatric Anesthesiology
Location : Texas
Duration: July - Ongoing
Schedule: 2-4 weeks/month
Shift : OR and Call (includes pager weekend call)
Scope: Scheduled cases Pediatric (25%) and Adult (75%) case mix. Call is for pediatric cases only. Must be comfortable with doing preemies (24 weeks) in NICU. Must be able to take pediatric call including covering possible NICU/PICU cases. Pediatric beeper call is low acuity and low volume. No adult call, but must be able to do adult cases for scheduled OR shifts.
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: 500+ beds, level II Trauma center
Group/support: full hospital support staff
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, must have pediatric fellowship to be considered
