Facility Location: Sierra Nevada Memorial HospitalSetting: General Acute Care Hospital (Stroke Certified, not Chest Pain Center accredited, not a Trauma Level designationDuties: Hospital Coverage, we have a need for a Radiologist to cover the Hospital which involves the IR needs along with Stroke CT's and other procedures/availability. Description:
Rates for submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation ***-312.50 - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly ***-625 - Per hour, not OT
Vacation ***-937.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate*** Per vacation hour, no OT
