Nurse Practitioner (Locum) - Withdrawal Management

Location: St. Thomas (Elgin Zone) | Schedule: Relief, Casual – days, evenings, weekends. This posting is the result of a current vacancy.

We seek a Nurse Practitioner to provide addiction medical support for clients with mental illness and addiction through a harm‑reduction lens. Work interdependently with addiction counsellors, nurses, primary care providers and community health service providers to deliver client‑centered care that emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, client education, episodic primary health care, and collaboration with physicians for complex cases.
