Dominican Hospital Seeks Hematology/Oncology Provider

Dominican Hospital seeks one full-time NP/PA Hematology/Oncology provider to start as soon as credentialed in their clinic. Premier Infusion Center: Conveniently co-located at the Hematology Care Center, our primary outpatient infusion center features 15 private bays arranged around a central nursing hub for optimal patient safety and comfort. If the candidate is the right fit they are looking to bring them on permanently.

Rate Caps for Submission (Strictly Follow)

Malpractice – Must be included in rates.

Orientation – $ - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly – $215-$240 - Per hour, not OT

Holiday – $ - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour, no OT
