Locum Consultant Medical Oncologist – Breast

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic locum consultant in medical oncology (breast) to join our multidisciplinary teams for four sessions (16 hours) per week in a substantive role.

The successful candidate will join the multidisciplinary team consultants across Medical Oncology, clinical fellows, a specialist registrar, nurse clinicians, a pharmacist, clinical nurse specialists, research nurses, project managers and clinical trial administrators.

The role will involve two clinics per week and attendance at the Wednesday MDT. Suitable SPA and admin time is provided.

Main duties of the job

• Attendance and review of patients in the weekly breast Medical Oncology clinics – new and follow‑up patients on treatment.
