We are currently recruiting for an experienced Childcare Advocate to work in our dynamic and supportive Advocacy Team in the southwest region.

The team handles a wide range of Family Court hearings, primarily care proceedings and related matters, delivering high-quality advocacy and ensuring continuity of representation for their clients throughout their cases.

The successful postholder will undertake a variety of hearings, including contested matters, final hearings, and emergency or short-notice hearings.

While some hearings will be conducted remotely, you will also be required to attend hearings in person at court. In addition, some adhoc attendance in the office for team away days would be welcomed although not essential.
