Job Details:

+ $0.73 - $0.74 per mile
+ Live stop pay: $80 - $84 per stop
+ Drop/hook pay: $45
+ Trainee pay: $250 per day
+ Safety training pay: $20 per hour
+ Holiday pay: $300 per day
