The Closing Disclosure Centralized Review Analyst is responsible for validating and reviewing disclosures for closed retail mortgage loans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This role focuses heavily on nonnumeric review, recording fee reconciliation, and verifying that all required information was properly disclosed and supported by documentation.
This position operates in a fastpaced, operationsdriven office environment, where productivity is tracked hourly and attention to detail is critical. The ideal candidate is curious, efficient, and comfortable researching discrepancies while maintaining quality and production standards. Internal training is provided, and the role is wellsuited for both operations professionals and entrylevel candidates/new graduates.
