Job Description

+ Audit loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and ensure that loans are properly funded.

+ Must pay close attention to detail, making sure quality standards are met and in compliance with the Consumer Loan Policy, Loan Origination Procedures and Regulatory requirements.

+ Work with loan officers to obtain required documentation and ensure that all Stipulations and To-do’s are met by the proper business units prior to booking loans.

+ Generate loan contracts and send to members via email or UPS, ensuring all signatures are completed before funding loan.

+ Respond promptly and thoroughly to frontline needs, meeting or exceeding service level standards.

+ Communicate with proper departments to resolve issues/concerns in a timely manner.

+ Must be able to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency during periods of peak volume.
