Job Description: 

With Freelancer continuing to grow, we are expanding our Loadshift Customer Experience team in Manila. CX is responsible for providing amazing customer service. Furthermore, you will: 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provides exceptional customer service at all times 
  • Provides “First Call Resolution” as much possible 
  • Answers email & phone calls in a professional and timely manner 
  • Responds to support tickets in a professional and timely manner 
  • Promotes the features and benefits of using Loadshift 
  • Achieves maximum customer satisfaction at all times whilst working within the company guidelines 
  • Handles and investigates customer complaints and recommends solutions. Follow through on mutually agreed remedies. 
  • Effectively articulates complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical use...
