: The Loadout Operator at Tyson RVI-Harmony rendering plant is responsible for coordinating the loading and shipping of finished products, including fats, proteins, and meals, to customers and distribution centers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Loadout Operator will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely shipments while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the loading and shipment of finished products, including coordinating truck schedules, preparing shipping documents, and verifying product quantities and specifications. Operate loading equipment, such as conveyors, forklifts, and loading docks, to load finished products onto trucks or trailers safely and efficiently.
