**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate front-end loader to move, stockpile, and feed materials for hot mix asphalt production
+ Load trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining product quality standards
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
+ Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and traffic flow within the plant
+ Communicate with plant personnel to support production targets and schedule demands

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Proficiency in safely operating heavy equipment, particularly front-end loaders
+ Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial or construction environment
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing production needs
