Supply Department - Customer Service Representative
Department: Supply
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and specifications.
Monitor customer inquiries and process shipments.
Coordinate transport logistics as per customer needs.
Maintain direct communication with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the automotive industry (3 years preferred).
Knowledge of IATF *****, ISO *****, and business English.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in TOMS GM, ERP (SAP), and Excel.
Understanding of supply chain management and risk management.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
Customer-oriented with good negotiation skills.
