Description
A national full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support one partner and an associate with Insurance Defense and Coverage cases.


The salary range for the role is 75-95k DOE, and offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, PTO, paid court holidays and other perks.


Typical tasks assigned to this role include:

- Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents

- Analyzing medical records and medical billing summaries

- Preparing for trial

- Conducting legal research

- Tracking and entering billable time
Requirements

+ 3+ years experience as a paralegal handling litigation matters in Washington state

+ Proven ability to achieve a 1500 annual billable target

+ Experience drafting pleadings, motions and inbound/outbound discovery
