LHH is assisting a law firm in Jacksonville, FL in its search for an Insurance Defense Paralegal to support a busy litigation team. This is a fully onsite position offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of insurance defense matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of insurance defense litigation, from pre-suit through trial
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage case files, including organizing documents and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial schedules
• Assist with discovery, including document review, responses, and production
• Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, binders, and witness files
• Communicate with clients, experts, and court personnel as needed
