Area of responsibilities:

• Experience in dispute resolution, preferably in a law firm.
• Assist in managing litigations and arbitrations, in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Drafting and reviewing – petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavit of evidence, misc. applications, legal notices, settlement deeds etc.
• Attend briefings with the external counsels and court hearings.
• Conduct research on legal precedents, applicable laws, regulations, applicable procedure for domestic as well as foreign jurisdictions.
• Follow up with the concerned project team for litigation MIS and keep the MIS updated.
• Follow up and co-ordinate with external counsel and other legal service providers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and other stakeholders.
