We are looking for a Litigation Legal Assistant to join a busy legal team in Yardley, Pennsylvania on a Contract basis. This position supports a partner with a practice focused on workers’ compensation defense, complex litigation, insurance defense, and matters involving commercial property managers. The ideal candidate brings prior paralegal or legal assistant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a steady flow of administrative and case support work in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to an equity partner handling workers’ compensation defense and related litigation matters.

• Prepare, review, and submit court documents through electronic filing systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
