Litigation Docketing Specialist Location Washington, D.C. Stoel Rives LLP has an immediate opening for a Litigation Docketing Specialist in any of our offices. This position assists attorneys with the docketing function. Advanced knowledge of court statutory and procedural time periods is a must. Responsibilities for docketing are directed by the Project Services Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical Information
Applies knowledge of codes, statutes, regulations and procedures related to the assigned practice area.
2. Docketing
a. Calculate statutory and procedural time periods to inform practitioners of deadlines.
