Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Wilmington with pay starting at 150K. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation matters and providing legal advice on a wide range of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal
• Conducting legal research and analysis of legal issues
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements
• Preparing for and attending court hearings and trials
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state Bar
• Proven experience in civil litigation
• Strong analytical and research skills
