Candidates must have 3+ years’ litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, including, contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant enforcement, employment, construction and real estate disputes, antitrust or unfair business practices, insurance coverage and defense, securities claims, Article 78 proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
