De functie


Als Litigation en Claims Specialist ben je het lokale aanspreekpunt in België voor dossiers rond gerechtelijke invorderingen, faillissementen en aanverwante procedures. Je werkt nauw samen met operationele teams, externe partijen (curatoren, advocaten, gerechtsdeurwaarders).


Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheer van dossiers in het kader van faillissementen en gerechtelijke invordering, van registratie tot afsluiting

  • Opvolging van schuldvorderingen en correcte indiening via het platform

  • Coördinatie met externe juridische partijen en interne afdelingen zoals finance en operations

  • Analyse en structurering van juridische documentatie

  • Interne advisering bij vragen van het collections team over insolventieprocedures of aanverwante juridische thema's

  • Rapportering aan en overleg met het centrale collections team
