Position Title: Literacy Cadre Coach (Grant Funded)
Salary Range: Teacher Salary
Contract Length: Teacher Contract
Immediate Supervisor: Principal
Basic Function: The Indiana Literacy Cadre Coach will increase the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning in grades K-2. The Literacy Cadre Coach will co-plan with individual teachers and teams, model lessons, and engage in co-teaching cycles. The Literacy Cadre will partner with the school principal, leveraging local data to plan and provide professional development related to the science of reading and assist in implementing evidence-based literacy practices aligned with science of reading research to meet the needs of all students.
