About the Role
We are building the operational backbone of a fast-growing consumer brand, and we are looking for an Operations Coordinator who can own the day-to-day engine that gets product made, shipped, and into the hands of customers. Your mission is to keep manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and internal systems running smoothly so the founding team can stay focused on product and growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that spans manufacturer and 3PL management, customer support, procurement, B2B order processing, and systems administration. You won't just execute tasks, you'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks and who turns recurring pain points into operational improvements. Think of it as the operational right hand to the CEO, with real exposure to every moving part of a physical product business.
