About the Role

The Listing Agent – Secondary Market will play a key role in expanding and managing the company’s resale property portfolio. This position focuses on sourcing high‑quality listings, building long‑term relationships with property owners, and ensuring each listing is accurately positioned, compliant, and market‑ready to achieve optimal sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, secure, and manage residential secondary market listings through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords, with a focus on securing exclusive listings
