The Role

Experienced Listing & Valuation Executive to source quality property listings, conduct accurate valuations, and build relationships with owners across Marbella and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure quality property listings
• Carry out property valuations with accuracy and market awareness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and clients
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure listings are presented to a high standard
• Ensure property information, pricing and marketing materials remain current and accurate

Requirements

• Proven experience within the Marbella real estate market
• Strong knowledge of Marbella and the surrounding residential areas
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
