. Drive system troubleshooting, recovery, and root cause analysis

. Review/approve change requests and oversee execution of major changes

. Automate routine operational tasks

. Drive patching and OS/software upgrades

. Implement strong monitoring for performance and stability

. Enhance supportability and recovery using modern technologies

. Provide OS expertise during project phases (design → implementation → handover)

. Support audit and compliance requirements

. Work under a 24×7 shift based support model

. Respond promptly to incidents, alerts, and support requests
