LINUX Integration and Support Engineer - Job Description Role The Integration Engineer is a key role within the Intersec Professional Services team. This is a customer facing role and the engineer will work from the customer premise. You will participate in the entire project lifecycle starting with initial solution deployment, system launch and then production support. After solution launch you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the platform. This includes monitoring the system, providing frequent updates to the customers and resolving any issues raised by customer. After solution launch, you will be working in shifts providing 24x7 support to the customer.
