Job Description
The Linen Keeper
The Linen Keeper is responsible for the proper receipt, storage, issuance, tracking, and inventory control of all hotel linen uniforms and related supplies. The role ensures adequate par levels are maintained at all times and supports smooth housekeeping and F&B operations in line with Accor brand standards and operational procedures.
Linen & Uniform Control
- Maintain accurate records of all linen uniforms and laundry items received, issued, and returned.
- Ensure par stock levels are maintained for guest rooms, F&A outlets, spa, and other departments.
- Issue linen and uniforms against proper authorization and record movement daily.
- Monitor linen quality and segregate damaged or discarded items.
- Coordinate with laundry team for washing, replacement, and repair cycles.
- Conduct daily counting and verification of linen movement.
