Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collect soiled linens from guest rooms, housekeeping pantries, and designated drop-off points
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of guest laundry services when required.
- Assist in the sorting and issuing staff uniforms to employees and maintains uniform records.
- Responsible for restocking, checking, and assembling linen supplies and inventory.
- Ensure timely delivery of clean uniforms, towels, and linens to all internal and external clients.
- Maintain accurate records of linen usage, shortages, and damages.
- Handle all guests’ requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
- No education required
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team oriented with a positive attitude
