At Cotton Patch Cafe, we cook scratch-made Texas favorites and serve them with real hospitality. We're looking for an experienced Line/Grill Cook who can own their station, execute consistently under pressure, and help maintain the energy and standards that make our kitchen run. What You'll Do

• Execute all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec
• Set up, maintain, and break down your station for every shift
• Communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen team
• Follow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards
• Assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed
