What will you do?

• Ensure requested materials are available and complete.
• Supervise picking and packing processes.
• Monitor order fulfillment timelines and accuracy.
• Check stock levels and report shortages or excesses.
• Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.
• Oversee material receiving and proper storage.
• Control outbound flows to production.
• Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff.
• Train team members on procedures, safety, and system use.
• Evaluate performance and motivate the team to meet goals.
• Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations.
• Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors.
• Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production).
• Generate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity.
• Document incidents and corrective actions.
