Officina (oh · fee · she · nah), or “workshop,” is an Italian-inspired culinary collective from Chef Nicholas Stefanelli of Michelin-star Masseria. Officina is the realization of Chef Stefanelli's career-long dream to bring the very best of Italian gastronomy together under one roof.

Our flagship is a three-story space home to a cafe, highly-curated marketplace featuring sought-after ingredients and prepared specialty items, a casual trattoria rooted in classic Italian cuisine, rare Amaro Library, versatile private event spaces, and year-round rooftop. 

In terms of both cuisine and service, our standards are high – and so are those of our guests. 

In the kitchen, everything is created from scratch, with great attention to detail, including bread service and all ingredients supporting the cocktail program; we also practice whole animal butchery.
