Position Summary:
At OfCorsica, our Line Cooks are integral to delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our commitment to quality, creativity, and consistency. Working under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and executing dishes that align with our culinary philosophy.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
β Prepare and produce a variety of high-quality dishes as per guest orders, while following approved recipes & specifications in an accurate and timely manner
β Perform work on different kitchen line stations as per business demands
β Cook menu items in alignment with the kitchen team to deliver dishes simultaneously at appropriate time
