This role is based at our Williamsburg location and are hiring for FULL TIME and PART TIME WEEKENDS ONLY

WEEKEND & AM AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

Requirements:
- Cooks food items by grilling, eggs etc, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Prior Egg cookery and knowledge
- Ability to execute at high volume and works efficiently
- Is professional and punctual
- Has attention to detail
- Is a team player and communicates well with both BOH and FOH
- Is a self-starter who can work without constant directives
- Experience in a leadership role is a plus but not required
Basic Responsibilities:
• Be able to follow recipes and scale recipes where needed
• Restock stations and use FIFO to keep food organized in the coolers and fresh. Knowledge of proper stock rotation
