Bey is seeking an experienced line cook to join our opening team.

Bey is a Lebanese restaurant and cocktail bar built around thoughtful hospitality, strong fundamentals, and a collaborative style of service. Our kitchen focuses on scratch cooking, quality ingredients, consistency, and respect for the craft.

We are looking for line cooks with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a scratch kitchen. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, following recipes, maintaining standards, and working cleanly and efficiently during service.

This role requires strong prep skills, station organization, attention to detail, and the ability to execute dishes consistently under pressure. Experience with Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or Lebanese cuisine is a plus, but not required. More important is a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and pride in doing things the right way.
