JOB SYNOPSIS: Under the guidance and supervision of the Outdoor Operations Manager as well as the Maintenance Manager, the Lift Operations Supervisor’s primary role is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all lifts and handle tow within Whitewater Mountain Resort. They will lead the Lift Operations team of up to 25 personnel, ensuring a safe, effective, and professional environment. This position requires a hands‑on presence across the resort, identifying and reporting any potential unsafe conditions, and contributing to the exceptional mountain experience for guests and staff.
