Job Description
What you will do
- Responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and performance of lift systems across residential estates.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and inspections
- Monitor lift performance and respond promptly to breakdowns or service disruptions
