ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Hand On experience of requirement gathering and specification design process.
  • Domain Expertise : Deep HCM (Human Capital Management) experience is necessary, also demonstrating the ability to apply knowledge from integrations in other domains and quickly pick up HCM data is a must 
  • Be An Owner: highly passionate team leader with an entrepreneurial approach who takes ownership for creating a high performing team that consistently executes quality on-time delivery 
  • Responsible for executing and supporting various short-medium term projects at the same time 
  • Responsible for driving associate engagement 
  • Strong PL SQL / RDBMS knowledge is highly desirable 
  • Ability to advise on project planning and governance best practices.
