Maintain premium customer service culture & environment

Lead by example by taking & making customer calls to assist with call queues to ensure SLAs are being met.

Provide customer service, administrative and marketing support to the Lifestyle Program with day to day functions of the department including (but not limited to); reporting, financial tasks, incoming/outbound communications (email, phone, websit...
