POSITION SUMMARY

The Integrated Health Care Clinician provides clinical and case management services for children and adults across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting that provides primary care, behavioral health and dental services. The Integrated Health Care Clinician will foster positive working relationships with co-workers, clients and external key stakeholders.



$10,000 sign on bonus available! Half paid at start the other half paid at 1 year of service! Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Bristol, CT.



Eligible for up to $250,000 in loan repayment through National Health Service Corp (NHSC).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field or a doctoral degree in Psychology is required.
