Task:

• Reporting to Capital Project Manager during warranty period

• Handling of warranty issues and punch list as per Project Management instructions including budget and coordination of resources (engineering, purchasing, workforce at the site)

• Keeping logbook of all relevant milestones and incidents during warranty period

• Communication with the customer and technical support

• Collection of relevant data from the customer

• Feedback reporting to Product Home

• Reporting identified service and maintenance needs (sales leads to Sales)
