Life Sciences Client Accounting - Manager

Location: Manila

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting for clients including AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Reconcile daily sales from POS systems with bank deposits and accounting records.
• Perform credit card reconciliations and third‑party platform reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Prepare and/or assist with the reconciliation of accounts (bank, credit card, prepaids, liabilities, payroll, etc.).
• Track and reconcile payroll, tips, and gratuities in compliance with U.S. standards.
• Monitor cost accounting, inventory adjustments, etc.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Support audit and tax teams with documentation and schedules.
• Collaborate with U.S. client teams to resolve queries and ensure timely deliverables.
