As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

As a Clinical Supervisor / Lead DBT Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will provide individual therapy, facilitate DBT skills groups, provide phone coaching, supervise LGSW clinicians providing DBT, and participate in consultation team meetings.
